Anna's tea loaf

Today I finally made Anna's tea loaf. Loads of fruit, but no shortening of any kind. It calls for a small amount of orange marmalade, which I used, but you could just as easily use honey, I'm sure.

Very good!

  1. Do you know I have a whole binder full of Anna's printed off recipes, and my other favorite Sherelle from My Crazy Life as A Farmer's Wife. I have not tried the tea cakes, glad to know they are delicious!
